Replit, Inc. seeks an Engineering Manager, Mobile to lead the future of our mobile experiences. You will build production-ready frameworks and patterns empowering users to create apps on phones or tablets with desktop parity.

You will mentor a team of mobile engineers, define the technical vision, and partner with design, product, and engineering leadership to drive mobile initiatives and high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering management experience building and scaling high-performing mobile teams.
• Experience building production frameworks and component systems across products.
• Strong communication for mentoring, performance management, and career development.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and grow a mobile design engineering team with a culture of technical excellence.
• Define the mobile design systems vision and scalable frameworks for iOS, Android, and responsive web.
• Partner with design, product, and engineering leadership to prioritize mobile initiatives and collaboration.
