Job summary

Comcast is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead the Camera Client team for the Xfinity mobile app on iOS and Android. You will guide a cross-functional team of engineers, drive end-to-end implementation of camera features, and ensure high-quality, reliable user experiences for home security and daily engagement.

You will collaborate with product, design, backend, and platform teams, coach engineers, and influence technical direction while balancing hands-on involvement with leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years building native mobile applications on iOS and/or Android.
• 1+ years leading or managing software engineers (team lead or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 6–8 mobile engineers across iOS and Android.
• Own delivery of camera-related features from planning through release and iteration.
• Partner with product, UX, backend, and platform teams to define requirements and priorities.
