Job summary

Comcast is seeking a Senior Manager of Device Product Management to lead mobile device planning and roadmap execution for the Xfinity Mobile team.

This role will work closely with major suppliers across the mobile device ecosystem, as well as internal partners in engineering, marketing, and go-to-market, to align product strategy with business objectives, customer needs, and long-term experience expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field.
• Mastery of storytelling using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience managing a complex workload with tight deadlines and measurable results.
• SQL experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication with executive presence.
• Experience in consulting or Cable/Telecommunications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns the 12–18 month device roadmap planning process.
• Evaluates partners and selects devices for inclusion in the Xfinity Mobile portfolio.
• Negotiate with device vendors for promotional support, launch funding, and other commitments.
• Develops business cases and market analyses for new partners and portfolio expansion.
• Partners with merchandising to optimize retail assortment and messaging for devices.
• Collaborates with engineering to ensure devices are optimized for performance and experience.
• Works with supply chain to build device demand plans and manage lifecycle transitions.
• Aligns device and accessories roadmaps to ensure a cohesive portfolio.
• Exercises independent judgment on strategic decisions of significance.
• Maintains regular, punctual attendance and can work nights/weekends as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
