Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of professional software engineering across mobile and backend
• 2+ years of people management and hiring experience
• Hands-on experience shipping mobile apps at scale (iOS/Android)
• Strong full-stack foundation: backend services, APIs, data layer

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and manage a team of mobile and full-stack engineers
• Set goals, run effective 1:1s, and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
• Guide architecture and design across mobile apps and supporting services
• Own delivery of the mobile app roadmap end to end
• Ensure mobile and backend integrations are observable, secure, and scalable
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and platform engineering
