Job summary

Gametime is seeking a Staff Mobile Engineer to lead the mobile architecture and delivery for millions of users. You will shape the React Native platform across iOS and Android, mentor engineers, and drive AI-enabled enhancements in our mobile stack.

Role targets senior IC with 5+ years React Native experience, strong TypeScript capabilities, and a track record of scalable mobile solutions. Join a collaborative team that values testing, observability, and performance excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years mobile React Native experience.

Responsibilities

Define long-term technical vision and architecture for Gametime's mobile platform across iOS and Android via React Native.
Champion AI-powered capabilities within mobile development workflow.
Own end-to-end technical strategy from architecture to release engineering.
Lead cross-functional initiatives across mobile, backend, product, design, and data teams.
Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, observability, and best practices.
Mentor engineers through code reviews and architectural guidance.
Improve mobile app performance, reliability, and release quality with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring.
