Job summary

iClassPro is looking for a Mobile Development Manager to lead our mobile and frontend engineering teams in the United States. You will direct iOS and Android product development, collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to deliver fast, reliable and beautifully crafted mobile experiences.

You will mentor engineers, set technical direction, and drive releases from concept to deployment while promoting best practices and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading mobile engineering teams.
• Strong experience developing production‑quality mobile applications.
• Experience with iOS, Android, or cross‑platform technologies such as Swift and Kotlin.
• React and React Native experience would be a plus, but is not required.

About The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious, hands‑on Mobile Development Manager to lead our mobile and frontend engineering team and shape the future of our iOS and Android products.

What You Bring

• Proven experience leading and/or managing mobile engineering teams.
• Strong experience developing production‑quality mobile applications.
• Experience with iOS, Android, or cross‑platform technologies such as Swift and Kotlin. React and React Native experience would be a plus, but is not required.
• A solid understanding of mobile architecture, APIs, CI/CD, testing, and app performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• A passion for building great products and developing great engineers.
• The ability to think strategically while still diving into technical details when needed.
