Job summary

DOC Services, Inc. is seeking Electromechanical Field Service Technicians to perform preventative and reactive maintenance on electromechanical equipment inside big box retail stores. You will travel from your home to customer sites and respond to service calls as scheduled by the DSM.

Equipment types and response times vary by customer and company needs. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of equipment repair experience, solid electrical/mechanical knowledge,

Qualifications

Minimum two years of equipment repair experience or combination of training and experience.
Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge; ability to read and understand schematics.
Use computer applications including Microsoft Office and call management software.

Responsibilities

Perform billable work by maintaining, troubleshooting and servicing equipment.
Abide by OSHA, customer and DOC safety regulations including PPE requirements.
Respond to service calls within customer expectations and DOC requirements.
Provide all documentation as required by customer and DOC through handheld device.
Perform cost effective service and repairs while maintaining quality.
Travel to and from customer locations.
Maintain inventory on hand and keep organized for quick parts access.
