DOC SERVICES provides preventive and reactive maintenance on electromechanical equipment in big box retail stores across the US. With 35+ years and 1500 stores serviced, technicians support and repair equipment to minimize downtime and bottom-line impact.

Electromechanical Field Service Technicians work from home, respond to service calls, perform repairs and maintenance, document work, and travel to customer sites, adhering to safety and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Two years of equipment repair experience or equivalent training.
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to read and understand schematics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and call management software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform billable maintenance and repair of electromechanical equipment.
• Abide by OSHA and safety regulations including PPE requirements.
• Respond to service calls and complete documentation via handheld device.
• Order parts and manage inventory for repairs.
• Travel to customer locations and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain professional appearance and communication with customers.
