Pike Systems Sanitation Solutions is seeking a field service technician to diagnose and repair commercial floor-care equipment at customer sites across Northern Illinois. You’ll travel by cargo van, read schematics, use a multimeter, and complete repairs while documenting actions clearly for customers.

With 3+ years of electro-mechanical experience, you’ll work independently, communicate professionally, and manage your schedule from visit to resolution.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment.
• Comfort reading electrical diagrams and service literature.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

About the roleEach day starts with a loaded cargo van and a schedule of customer visits across Northern Illinois. You’ll arrive on site, listen to the issue, and dive into diagnostics on commercial floor-care systems—from automatic scrubbers and extractors to vacuums and robotic cleaning equipment. With schematics in hand and a multimeter at the ready, you’ll pinpoint faults, determine parts, complete repairs, and clearly explain your findings to customers.
