OneBlood in Crest View, PA seeks a phlebotomist to perform blood collection procedures from donors, adhering to FDA, AABB, and internal policies. You will obtain donor history and vitals, perform collections, and ensure quality and safety while providing courteous service on mobile units.

Requires a high school diploma and strong communication skills, including English proficiency and basic computer use. Must be able to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a moving mobile environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, understand and follow documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Ability to use basic computer applications.

Responsabilités

• Obtains medical history and vitals from donors.
• Performs phlebotomy and collection procedures to collect blood or blood components.

• Assists with recruitment of potential apheresis and bone marrow donors.
