This role emphasizes exemplary customer service, accurate records, compliance with DOT and regulatory requirements, and teamwork. A high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills are required; candidates with 1–3 years donor-facing experience

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1–3 years in a donor-facing or customer-service role preferred; <1 year required.
• Knowledge/abilities: strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to procedures.
• Licenses: valid driver license; box truck certification required.

Responsibilities

• Follows DOT guidelines when operating a full-size van/box truck and safely transports staff.
• Performs donor screening, phlebotomy, and set up collection site.
• Provides excellent donor service and handles inquiries professionally.
• Maintains records and assists with equipment maintenance as needed.
• Rebooks donors for future appointments and supports a positive team culture.
