Qualifications

• RN licensed registered nurse with active, unencumbered status.
• 3+ years of DON experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care.
• Proven leadership in clinical performance and survey outcomes.
• Experience with facility stabilization and multi-site support preferred.
