Job summary

Tobin & Associates, in partnership with a growing Long Term Care Healthcare Group, seeks a seasoned Mobile Director of Nursing to provide clinical leadership across Skilled Nursing communities throughout Western Pennsylvania. This is a newly created role focused on stabilization, turnaround, survey readiness and interim leadership.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years of DON experience, proven survey performance, and strong staff development skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess an unencumbered RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of recent DON experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care.
• Strong history of quality and survey performance.
• Facility stabilization/turnaround, survey readiness, clinical leadership and/or multi-site support experience highly preferred.
• Willing and able to travel, including overnight stay.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical leadership across multiple Skilled Nursing communities in Western PA.
• Drive clinical performance improvement and survey readiness.
• Provide stabilization and interim leadership during transitions.
• Travel with company-paid travel and lodging to assigned communities.

Tobin & Associates is proud to partner with a growing Long Term Care Healthcare Group in the search for a seasoned Mobile Director of Nursing to provide clinical leadership and support across Skilled Nursing communities throughout Western Pennsylvania. As a Mobile Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for leading through change and periods of transition, while making a meaningful impact in your assigned communities.

Role Highlights

• Assignments typically range from several weeks to a couple of months

What We're Seeking

• A seasoned Director of Nursing who:
• Brings a minimum of 3 years of DON experience in a Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care setting
• Has a proven history of strong clinical leadership and survey outcomes
• Has experience with facility stabilization, survey readiness, clinical performance improvement and/or multi-site support
• Can quickly establish credibility and build trust with a new nursing team
• Is confident leading through change and periods of transition
• Possesses strong staff-development and leadership skills
• Is adaptable, resilient and comfortable working in different SNF environments
• Is willing and able to travel throughout Western PA, including overnight stays

Compensation Package

• $120,000–$140,000 Annual Base Salary
• Comprehensive benefits package
• Travel expenses reimbursed by the company
• Company-paid hotel/lodging for required overnight assignments
