Job summary

Tobin & Associates seeks a seasoned Mobile Director of Nursing (DON) to provide interim clinical leadership across Skilled Nursing communities in Northeast Pennsylvania. Assignments span several weeks to a few months, with travel and hotel lodging paid by the company.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of DON experience in long-term care, an unencumbered RN license, and a proven track record in survey readiness and performance improvement. Travel overnight is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of DON experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care.
• Proven leadership and survey performance history.
• Experience with facility stabilization/turnaround and survey readiness.
• Willingness to travel including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across multiple SN communities in NE PA.
• Lead stabilization, turnaround, and survey readiness efforts.
• Serve as interim regional clinical leader as needed.
• Travel to and support various facilities with lodging provided.
