Qualifications

• Experience working with docks and/or doors preferred but not required.
• Ability to work at heights of up to 40’ with proper safety equipment.
• Capable of using tablets to record service updates.
• Highly motivated, well-organized, and quality focused.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned maintenance, installations, and repairs to docks and doors.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with customers during field visits.
• Maintain parts and supplies inventory in service truck.
