Job summary

Fleet Mobile Maintenance is seeking skilled technicians to service commercial fleets across the Phoenix area. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair tractors, perform preventative maintenance, and document work orders for mobile road calls or in-yard service.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of tractor repair experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 100+ pounds. Benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), and growth opportunities within our nationwide partner network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of verified experience of Commercial Tractor repair
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Able to lift 100+ pounds and operate basic computer tools
• Capable of submitting repairs for billing and documenting work orders
• Follow written and oral instructions to complete tasks
• Strong reading and writing skills for repair orders

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Commercial Tractors and trailers
• Write detailed work orders for Mobile Road Calls or in-yard service
• Provide quality customer service and report findings to management
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair semi-trucks, bodies, systems, components
• Perform preventative maintenance on fleet semi-trucks
• Maintain hubs and axles, adjust or replace as required
• Inspect, service, and replace tires and related parts
• Check and repair brake, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Test all systems for performance issues
• Ensure trailers meet DOT road safety requirements
• Compile inspection reports and document repairs
• Respond quickly to client questions
