Job summary

Fleet Mobile Maintenance is seeking skilled technicians to repair commercial tractors and trailers on-site across partnered markets. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain fleet equipment, write detailed work orders, and provide top-tier customer service.

We offer a M-F schedule with on-call rotations, holidays, and opportunities for growth. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 100+ pounds are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of verified experience in commercial tractor and trailer repair.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 100+ pounds.
• Basic computer skills to submit repairs for billing.
• Follow oral and written instructions to complete daily tasks.
• Basic reading and writing skills to complete customer repair orders.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial tractors and trailers.
• Write detailed work orders and perform mobile road calls or in-yard work.
• Provide quality customer service and report findings to management.
• Inspect and repair tractor and trailer bodies, systems, and components.
• Perform preventative maintenance on fleet semi-trucks and trailers.
• Maintain hubs and axles; replace as required.
• Inspect, service, and replace tires and other parts.
• Check braking, electrical, and hydraulic systems; test performance.
