Job summary

Epika Fleet Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled fleet technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial tractors on-site in the Phoenix area. You will write detailed work orders, perform mobile road calls or in-yard repairs, and deliver quality customer service.

The role requires 5+ years of tractor repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and physical capability to lift 100+ pounds. Basic computer skills and the ability to follow instructions are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of verified experience in Commercial Tractor repair.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 100+ pounds.
• Basic Computer Skills to submit repairs for billing.
• Follow oral and written instructions to complete daily tasks.
• Basic reading and writing skills to complete customer repair orders.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair our customers' Commercial Tractors.
• Write detailed work orders - conduct Mobile Road Calls and/or In Yard.
• Provide quality customer service.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair semi-trucks, bodies, systems, and components.
• Perform preventative maintenance on fleet semi-trucks.
• Maintain hubs and axles and adjust/replace as required.
• Inspect, service, and replace parts, including tires.
• Check/repair brake, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Test all systems and equipment for performance issues.
• Ensure trailers meet DOT safety requirements.
• Compile inspection reports and report findings to management.
• Respond quickly to client queries.
