Job summary

National Fleet Management is seeking an experienced Mobile Diesel Technician to perform on-site repairs and maintenance using a company-provided service truck. You will service commercial fleets within a 50–60 mile radius of your home, balancing independent work with top-quality workmanship.

Compensation ranges from $32–$45+ per hour with a 90-day pay guarantee. Benefits include 401(k) retirement plan, PTO/paid holidays, boot & safety glasses reimbursement, and ongoing training as the company

Qualifications

• Experience as a diesel technician, mobile experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on heavy-duty trucks.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Repair engines, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, air, hydraulic, and fuel systems.
• Accurately document repairs and completed work.
• Maintain parts inventory and organize the service truck.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service at every job.
