Requires 5+ years of tractor/trailer repair experience, a valid driver's license, ability to lift 100+ pounds, and basic computer skills for billing. Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision, PTO, and after-hours pay.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of verified experience repairing commercial tractors and trailers.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 100+ pounds.
• Basic Computer Skills to submit repairs for billing.
• Follow oral and written instructions to complete daily tasks.
• Basic reading and writing skills to complete customer repair orders.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair our customers' commercial tractors and trailers.
• Write detailed work orders - perform Mobile Road Calls and/or In Yard.
• Provide quality customer service.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair tractor and trailer bodies, systems, and components.
• Perform preventative maintenance on fleet semi-trucks and trailers.
• Maintain hubs and axles and replace as required.
• Inspect and replace tractor/trailer parts including tires.
• Check and repair brake, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Test all systems and equipment for performance issues.
• Ensure trailers meet the USDOT road safety requirements.
• Compile inspection reports, document repairs, and report findings to management.
• Respond promptly to client queries.
