Job summary

Epika Fleet Services, Inc. seeks skilled technicians for Fleet Mobile Maintenance to repair commercial tractors and trailers. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on fleet equipment, and provide excellent customer service on-site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of verified Commercial Tractor & Trailer repair experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 100+ pounds.
• Basic computer skills to submit repairs for billing.
• Follow oral and written instructions to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair our customers' commercial tractors and trailers.
• Write detailed work orders and work mobile road calls or in-yard.
• Provide quality customer service on-site.
• Inspect and repair tractor and trailer bodies, systems and components.
• Perform preventative maintenance on fleet semi-trucks and trailers.
• Maintain hubs and axles and replace as needed.
• Inspect, service, and replace parts including tires.
• Check and repair brakes, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Test all systems for performance issues.
• Ensure trailers meet DOT road safety requirements.
• Compile inspection reports and report findings to management.
• Respond promptly to client queries.
