Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Diesel Technician in Harrisburg, PA to service heavy-duty vehicles with state-of-the-art diagnostics. You’ll be part of a team that delivers exceptional maintenance support and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, first shift 6:00 am–2:30 pm, and weekly pay. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid training while you advance your career with Ryder.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Vocational or Technical Certification in vehicle maintenance and repair services preferred.
• DOT/PM certification or equivalent requirements may apply for the role.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to coordinate preventative maintenance and repair estimates.
• Road test vehicles to identify causes of complaints and ensure quality of repair work.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
• Perform PMs and repairs across A/C, brakes, electrical and other systems with attention to safety.
