Ryder System, Inc. in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Diesel Technician to service customer fleets on site.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel-powered vehicles, perform preventive maintenance, road test after service, and coordinate with customers to ensure satisfaction. The role offers a first-shift schedule, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO from day one, a 401(k) match, a sign-on bonus, and ongoing paid

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational or Technical Certification in vehicle maintenance and repair services preferred.
• Must have or meet federal PM certification requirements through any combination of classroom training or work experience totaling 1 year.
• One year or more mechanical experience working offsite at customer locations preferred.
• Must have minimum tools required to perform their job duties as outlined in Ryder's Maintenance policy 2.02.
• Pass a Ryder drug test and previous employer's for the past 3 years, DOT physical, Ryder road test, pass a Ryder Background check and Motor vehicle check including Drug and Alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.

• Road test vehicles to identify causes of complaints and ensure quality of repairs.
