Kooner Fleet Management Solutions is hiring a Mobile Diesel Mechanic/Technician to perform on-site maintenance and repairs for Class 6-8 trucks and trailers. You will diagnose, fix, and test vehicles in the field, using advanced tools and company-provided equipment.

Qualifications

• Three years of hands-on diesel tech experience on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers.
• Strong communication skills when working with drivers and customers.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite preventive maintenance, inspections and repairs on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers.
• Diagnose electrical, braking, cooling and air systems and perform roadside service as needed.
• Use handheld devices and diagnostic tools to identify issues quickly and ensure repairs meet standards.
• Operate hand and power tools and welding equipment to complete repairs.
• Road test vehicles to verify quality of work and safety.
