Job summary

National Fleet Management is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician to diagnose and repair heavy-duty trucks on-site, using a company service truck. You’ll work independently, travel to customers within your territory, and deliver professional service.

This role offers earning potential from $32 to $45 per hour, with a 90‑day pay guarantee and strong growth opportunities as we expand across the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Diesel technician experience; mobile experience is a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license; CDL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on heavy-duty trucks.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Repair engines, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, air, hydraulic, and fuel systems.
• Document repairs and completed work accurately.
• Maintain parts inventory and organize the service truck.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service at every job.
