Job summary
National Fleet Management is hiring experienced Field Diesel Technicians to provide on-site maintenance and repair services for commercial fleet customers throughout the Virginia market. You will work from a fully equipped company service truck and travel to customer locations, diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty equipment.
This role offers strong earning potential with pay ranging from $32–$45+ per hour, plus a 90-day pay guarantee during transition.
Qualifications
- Experience repairing and diagnosing heavy-duty diesel trucks or equipment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily assignments.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid drivers license; CDL is a plus.
- Commitment to safe work practices and quality repairs.
Responsibilities
- Provide mobile repair and maintenance services at customer locations.
- Diagnose and repair brakes, suspensions, electrical, and engine systems.
- Record repairs, labor, parts, and services.
- Maintain organized service truck.
- Ensure safety procedures and company standards.
