Job summary

Prestige Fleet Services is seeking experienced mobile/diesel technicians to perform on-site maintenance and repairs for Class 6-8 trucks and trailers. You will handle inspections, diagnostics, A/C and electrical work, and coordinate preventive maintenance to keep fleets on the road.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of diesel and trailer repair experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to work extended or irregular hours including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and inspections on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers (brakes, diagnostics, A/C, electrical, engines).
• Schedule and oversee maintenance procedures including preventive maintenance and DOT inspections.
• Repair/replace vehicle and trailer components as needed.
• Open and close repair orders on a company-issued device.
• Obtain parts from local vendors and manage inventory on the service truck.
• Accurately complete DOT forms and other documentation promptly.
