Job summary

Prestige Fleet Services is seeking experienced mobile technicians to perform on-site maintenance and repairs for Class 6-8 trucks and trailers at customer locations. You will diagnose, repair, and inspect systems, manage parts on the service truck, and complete DOT documentation while meeting safety standards.

The positions offer first and second shifts, competitive pay between $33 and $35 per hour, and inclusive benefits, with a commitment to quality and reliability for our fleet partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of diesel and trailer repair experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to work extended hours including weekends and holidays when needed.
• Must possess proper tools.
• 2 years of experience in performing annual federal inspections and brake inspections.
• 2 years of experience in truck/trailer maintenance or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and inspections on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance procedures including DOT inspections.
• Repair/replace vehicle/trailer components.
• Open and close repair orders on a company-issued device.
• Obtain parts from local vendors and manage inventory on the service truck.
• Accurately complete DOT forms and related documentation.
