Kooner Fleet Management Solutions is seeking a Mobile Mechanic/Technician to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on light and medium-duty vehicles in field settings. You’ll use top-tier tools and a company truck to support customers on-site.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on auto/diesel experience and excellent customer communication. Roles include driving to client yards, safety-first work, and flexible hours in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on auto or diesel tech experience on light to medium-duty vehicles.
• Strong communication with customers and drivers.
• Must be 23+ with a clean driving record; self-motivated and safety‑minded.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite preventative maintenance and DOT inspections on light/medium-duty vehicles in a mobile field environment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, brake, cooling, and air systems to keep fleets road-ready.
• Handle emergency road service calls with urgency and professionalism.
• Respond to dispatch requests for scheduled and unscheduled service or maintenance.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs meet quality standards.
