Job summary

Kooner Fleet Management Solutions is hiring a Mobile Mechanic/Technician to perform onsite preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs for light to medium-duty fleet vehicles. This field-based role offers a company service truck and a competitive hourly wage with weekly pay.

You’ll work in a busy, customer-facing environment, using advanced tools to diagnose and fix issues, with options for growth and comprehensive benefits after a short waiting period.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on auto or diesel tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite preventative maintenance, DOT inspections and follow-up repairs on light and medium-duty vehicles in a mobile field environment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, brake, cooling, and air systems to keep a fleet running.
• Use handheld computers, diagnostic tools, and power/hand tools to identify and fix issues efficiently.
• Road test vehicles to ensure repairs meet top-quality standards and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for parts and ensure timely service delivery.
