Kooner Fleet Management Solutions is seeking a Mobile Diesel Mechanic/Technician to service Class 6-8 trucks and trailers in the field. You’ll diagnose, maintain, and repair fleets using your own tools, with a company truck to take home.

This role requires at least 3 years of diesel tech experience, DOT and air brake know-how, and the ability to work outdoors. We offer weekly pay, a company fuel card, health benefits, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and strong career growth.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of hands-on diesel tech experience.
• DOT inspection and air brake repair expertise.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable using mobile apps, navigation systems and digital tools.
• Ready for the outdoors.
• Independent, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Must be 23+ with a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Bring your own hand tools and we’ll supply everything else.

Responsabilidades

• Perform onsite preventative maintenance and DOT inspections on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers in a mobile field environment.
• Handle emergency road service calls with confidence and urgency.
• Respond to dispatch requests for service or maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, brake, cooling, and air systems.
• Use diagnostic tools and handheld computers to identify issues quickly.
• Road test vehicles to ensure repairs meet top-quality standards.
• Work with vendors to source parts and maintain operations.
