True North Fleet Services is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician to support PennFleet in Boothwyn, PA. You’ll perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics on diesel equipment in a mobile service setting to maximize fleet uptime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of diesel experience (fleet, dealership, or independent shop).
• Mobile service experience is required.
• ASE T-Series certifications preferred (T2, T4, T5, T6, T8) or willingness to obtain.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, not required).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on heavyduty trucks and trailers.
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, brake systems, suspension, steering, and electrical components.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues.
• Complete DOT inspections and ensure compliance standards are met.
• Accurately document repairs and maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized mobile work environment.
• Collaborate with drivers, service advisors, and leadership.
