MFS Fleet Service in Temecula, CA is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain diesel-powered vehicles at customer sites. This full-time role provides a fully equipped service truck, tools, and guaranteed hours to keep you productive and on the road.

You’ll handle diagnostics, brake and transmission work, electrical troubleshooting, and fabrication as needed, while delivering clear communication with clients and maintaining precise service records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a diesel technician.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with diagnostic skills.
• Familiarity with OEM specs for various brands.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, including diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, including brake, transmission, alignment, and suspension work.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete repair and fabrication work.
• Read and interpret schematics for electrical systems and hydraulics.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed for testing or repair.
• Troubleshoot wiring and electrical issues.

The technician will travel to customer locations to diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel-powered vehicles and equipment.We provide all tools, equipment, and a fully equipped service truck, allowing you to focus on getting the job done safely and efficiently.Responsibilities-Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, including diagnostics and troubleshooting.-Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, including brake repair, transmission work, alignment, and suspension adjustments.-Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete repair and fabrication work.-Read and interpret schematics for electrical systems and hydraulic components.-Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.-Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
