Job summary

Prestige Fleet Services is seeking skilled diesel technicians for on-site maintenance and mobile repairs for Class 6-8 trucks and trailers. You will perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs, while managing parts, labor entries, and DOT documentation.

Strong focus on reliability and customer service. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of diesel/trailer repair experience, valid driver’s license, and the ability to work extended hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years diesel & trailer repair experience preferred.
• Ability to work extended hours including weekends/holidays when needed.
• Valid Driver’s License required and reliable transportation.
• Must work well with digital devices for electronic work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and inspections on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers (brakes, diagnostics, A/C, electrical, engine components, exhaust, etc.).
• Schedule and oversee maintenance procedures and DOT inspections.
• Repair/replace vehicle and trailer components as needed.
• Open/close repair orders on company device and document labor hours.
• Obtain parts from local vendors and manage inventory on the service truck.
• Accurately complete DOT forms and other required documentation promptly.
