Kooner Fleet Management Solutions is seeking a Mobile Diesel Mechanic/Technician to service Class 6-8 trucks and trailers at customer sites. You’ll perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs with a company-provided service truck and top-tier tools.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on diesel technician experience.
DOT inspection and air brake repair expertise.
Strong communication skills with customers and drivers.
Familiarity with mobile apps, navigation systems, and digital tools.
Bring your own hand tools; company provides truck and equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform onsite preventative maintenance and DOT inspections on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers in mobile field environment.
Diagnose and repair electrical, brake, cooling, and air systems; diagnose issues quickly with handheld devices.
Handle emergency road service calls with urgency and safety.
Respond to dispatch requests for scheduled and unscheduled service or maintenance.
Road test vehicles to ensure repairs meet top-quality standards.
Work with vendors to source parts and keep operations moving.
