Candidates should have at least 3 years of diesel/trailer experience, strong communication, and the willingness to work varied hours.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of diesel and trailer repair experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work extended or irregular hours including weekends/holidays.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Self-motivation with strong organization and planning.
• Experience entering labor hours and updating work orders on a device.
• 2 years of federal annual inspections experience.
• 2 years in truck/trailer maintenance/repair.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must possess proper tools.

Aufgaben

• Perform repairs and inspections on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers (brakes, diagnostics, A/C, electrical, engine, exhaust, etc.).
• Schedule and oversee maintenance procedures, including DOT inspections.
• Repair/replace vehicle/trailer components.
• Open/close repair orders on a company device.
• Obtain parts from local vendors and manage inventory on the service truck.
• Complete DOT forms and related documentation accurately and timely.
