This position is located in El Dorado, KS. Relocation or commute is required.

We are seeking a skilled mobile Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing diesel engines, repairing heavy machinery, and ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. Must have adequate hand tools; the shop will provide some specialty tools. Weekend and after-hours rotation for service calls is required.

DUTIES

1. Perform routine vehicle maintenance on diesel engines
2. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems in diesel vehicles
3. Conduct heavy lifting when required
4. Assemble, disassemble, and suspend vehicle components
5. Inspect and service shocks, struts, and other suspension components

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a diesel mechanic or similar role
• Proficiency in vehicle maintenance and repair
• Strong understanding of electrical systems in diesel vehicles
• Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks
• Previous experience as a service technician is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in semi-truck or equipment maintenance

SCHEDULE

Day shift, on-call, and weekends as needed.
