Job summary

Affinity Truck Center in Fresno, CA is seeking an automotive service technician to diagnose and repair trucks, both on the road and in the shop. You will follow standard repair procedures, document your work, and coordinate with the Service Advisor to obtain parts and approvals.

You will use test equipment and stay current on procedures while meeting deadlines and ensuring safety. You will work with a team, handle repairs efficiently, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to effectively communicate with a positive outlook and attitude is a must.
• Valid Driver license and ability to be insured by Affinity

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses any cause of malfunction and performs repair.
• Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
• Road tests vehicles when required.
• Performs other duties assigned.
• Aids the Foreman in meeting deadlines and delivery of all promises made regarding assigned jobs and targets.
