Responsibilities

• Repair trucks and various types of equipment.
• Perform quality control inspections before releasing unit to customer.
• Install or upgrade customer-owned equipment at field locations.
• Configure hardware and software components after installation.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to test equipment and troubleshoot issues.
• Document installation and repairs in reports.
• Maintain tools and equipment used during service calls.
• Manage and order replacement parts needed to complete service on customer equipment.
• Operate commercial vehicles and diagnose performance and drivability concerns.
• Maintain a Class B (or higher) commercial driver's license.
