Job summary

Vista Global Solutions, LLC (VGS) is a government contracting and consulting firm seeking a Video Teleconferencing Support Specialist to join our team at Joint Base San Antonio. You will manage, configure, and support iPhones and iOS devices, deploy devices, set up security profiles, troubleshoot issues, and maintain inventory using our MDM platform.

This role also handles in-house VTC devices, supported by our team of VTC specialists, performing audio/video setup for DHA VNC, and assisting with

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support experience focused on mobile devices.
• Familiarity with enterprise MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or similar device management frameworks.
• Strong understanding of iOS settings, provisioning profiles, security certificates, and cloud syncing.

Responsibilities

• Device Configuration: Set up and configure new iPhones, update iOS versions, and push standard enterprise apps or security settings.
• MDM Administration: Use Mobile Device Management systems to enroll, monitor, and manage devices remotely.
• User Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and email configuration issues for end-users.
• Security & Compliance: Enforce organizational security policies, manage configuration profiles, and wipe or lock lost/stolen devices.
• Inventory Management: Track device lifecycles, manage hardware inventory, and handle procurement and decommissioning.
• Documentation: Create and update technical guides, FAQs, and configuration documentation for IT staff and end-users.
• Support of user meetings: Support for All Hands, Town Halls, and other meetings.
