Job summary

You will ensure apps and settings are correct, verify connectivity and data synchronization, troubleshoot mobile devices and wearables, and deliver clear instructions while upholding data privacy and study protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical research or healthcare technology environments.
• Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) systems.
• Experience working in participant-facing or customer support roles.

Responsibilities
