This part-time role (4 hours per day, 180 days per year) focuses on troubleshooting mobile devices, inventory management, and tier-1 tech support for students and staff, reporting to the Director of Operational Technology and assisting the librarian with instructional activities.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience working with school age children or in a library/office setting.
• Experience with mobile devices and basic AV equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of library procedures and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mobile device technical support to students, staff and volunteers by identifying and resolving problems.
• Maintain and verify inventory of mobile devices and supplies, including barcode and asset data in databases.
• Provide tier 1 hardware and software support for staff; assist with system use and problem solving.
• Assist librarian and supervise student assistants; help prepare digital learning materials.
