Job summary
uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Device Repair Technician to travel locally in a company-provided van, diagnosing and repairing smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics on-site. There are no shop walls or fixed desks—this role brings hands-on repairs directly to customers.
You will perform high-quality repairs, deliver exceptional customer service, and educate customers on device protection plans and accessories.
Qualifications
- Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, and hands-on mechanical work.
- Retail/customer service experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Drive a company van to customer locations for on-site repairs.
- Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.
- Educate customers on protection plans and accessories.
- Manage daily route and inventory in mobile workspace.
