Job summary

Batteries Plus Bulbs is seeking an Associate and Device Repair Technician to deliver great customer service, repair smartphones, and install batteries. You will also assist with lighting and battery solutions, perform tests, and contribute to store success. Candidates should lift 50+ lbs occasionally and follow safety rules.

In this role you will greet customers, determine needs, answer questions, and participate in sales activities to meet goals while maintaining inventory and store displays.

Qualifications

• Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to pick up new processes quickly.
• Ability to follow detailed assembly/disassembly instructions with small components.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Repair cell phones, tablets, battery packs, and other devices as needed.
• Greet customers, determine needs and answer questions.
• Operate computer/cash register to complete sales transactions.
• Demonstrate a customer first mentality and teamwork.
• Load, unload, and deliver products as needed.
• Prepare store for daily opening and closing.
