Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on experience with mobile devices (phones, tablets).
• Familiarity with Windows OS and iOS environments.
• Ability to learn new programs with general instruction and apply them accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document quality inspections and functional testing of returned phones to verify ETN standards.
• Grade returned assets for refurbishment or e-waste based on cosmetic and functional condition.
• Assist with reverse engineering to identify defects.
• Communicate findings with Engineering, Product Development, and Management.
• Ensure RMA cases meet triage requirements before processing support requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues impacting device triage or customer support.
• Maintain confidentiality and respond to management requests promptly.
• Support cross-functional warehouse tasks as needed.
