We are seeking a Flutter Developer to help us build world-class cross-platform applications that power the Blossend ecosystem. You will work closely with product, design, & backend teams to deliver performant, scalable mobile apps.

Ideal candidates have a strong grasp of Flutter, Dart, UI/UX principles, & are comfortable with REST APIs, Firebase, & platform-specific features.

Role Description / About the Job:

You will lead the implementation of our mobile app across iOS & Android using Flutter. Your work will directly impact thousands of users in the health-tech space. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role.

Remote Location(s):

United States. Blossend is a fully remote company with optional hybrid in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Build responsive UIs & optimize for performance on both iOS & Android.
• Collaborate with backend, design, & product teams to ship features end-to-end.
• Integrate with REST APIs, Firebase, push notifications, payments, & analytics.
• Write clean, modular code with solid testing practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience building mobile apps using Flutter & Dart.
• Strong portfolio of apps in production across iOS & Android.
• Experience with state management: Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.
• Proficiency in debugging, profiling, & performance optimization.
• Good eye for mobile UI/UX & animations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of full-time Flutter development experience.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture & lifecycle.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs & third-party SDKs.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, & Firebase services.
• Ability to work independently & communicate effectively in a remote team.
