Job description

We are developing Apphud – the first Monetization Ecosystem for mobile apps. Our goal is to create a world where app creators can focus on building value, without worrying about monetization strategies. We are seeking a passionate Lead Mobile Engineer to maintain Apphud’s Mobile SDKs and lead the development of our cross-platform SDKs (Flutter, Unity, React Native).

You will face interesting and challenging tasks, work on a live project with real users, see immediate results, and influence the product directly.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled leader with a strong sense of responsibility and experience. If you prefer working in a small team, moving quickly, and avoiding unnecessary complex processes, you will be a great fit.

The programming work will take no more than half of your time. The rest will involve testing, managing the mobile development team, addressing client inquiries, and collaborating with colleagues.

You will:

1. Maintain our SDKs for iOS and Android, including adding features, refactoring, bug fixing, and testing.
2. Manage cross-platform SDKs by setting tasks, monitoring progress, testing, reviewing, and approving work. You may also publish releases independently if needed.
3. Improve our internal applications for sandbox testing.
4. Consult the team on changes related to iOS and Android platforms.
5. Collaborate with the backend team on SDK API development and testing.
6. Support customers with technical issues related to the SDK.
7. Stay updated on the latest trends in iOS and Android, including new features, Apple Search Ads, Google Billing, etc.
8. Proficient in Swift and Kotlin.
9. Have extensive experience with in-app purchases and subscriptions.
10. Understand sandbox environments and purchase verification processes.
11. Be willing to learn new platforms and frameworks.
12. Demonstrate proactivity, strong communication skills, and high analytical abilities.
13. Be capable of debugging complex cases and identifying non-obvious bugs.
14. Be familiar with Unity, React Native, and Flutter codebases.
15. Experience with Apple Search Ads, AppsFlyer, Branch, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads is a plus.
