Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Mobile Software Developer to join our team on an equity-only basis. This role is ideal for someone with experience in mobile application development who is eager to contribute to an innovative product in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

This is a part-time, flexible position (4-20 hours per month) where you will play a key role in shaping our mobile applications. Your expertise will help us optimize performance, integrate back-end services, and build seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance new features for our mobile applications.
• Maintain and optimize existing mobile solutions to improve performance and user experience.
• Integrate back-end services using RESTful APIs.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure app stability, responsiveness, and efficiency.
• Participate in two evening meetings per week to discuss progress, blockers, and next steps with the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in mobile application development.
• Proficiency in Flutter, React Native, or native development (Swift for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile app integration.
