Job summary

360care is seeking a Travel Dental Assistant to support physicians and dental teams across long-term care facilities. You will maintain patient charts in EMR, assist with procedures, and ensure proper cleaning and sterilization of equipment.

Responsibilities include updating odontograms, documenting charges, managing supplies, and traveling extensively to various facilities. You must have reliable transportation and excellent communication skills to provide high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with medical terminology.
• Valid TB test, Hepatitis B vaccination preferred and radiation license/certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctor with patient care in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Maintain clinical records and charts in EMR and ensure accuracy.
• Expose and process digital dental radiographs to assist diagnosis.
• Manage dental equipment and supplies, and maintain the work area.
• Travel to long-term care facilities up to 100% of the time; ensure HIPAA compliance.
