Job summary

360care seeks a Medical/Dental Assistant to support physicians during patient visits at long-term care facilities. You will maintain clinical records in EMR, assist with patient care, and ensure equipment readiness for procedures.

Travel up to 100% within a 2.5 hour radius is required; you must have reliable transportation, pass a TB test, and adhere to HIPAA guidelines while delivering welcoming, high‑quality patient service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Medical/Dental Assistant experience preferred.
• Must have own reliable transportation, good driving record and car insurance.
• Two‑step TB test completed.
• Hepatitis B vaccination preferred.
• Must have state radiation license or certificate.
• Strong computer skills and medical terminology experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctor with patient care in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Maintain current and accurate clinical records and medical history through EMR.
• Manage dental equipment and supplies, including cleaning and maintenance.
• Update patient odontogram for each encounter.
• Assist with dental radiographs and diagnosis support.
• Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
• Travel up to 100% within a 2.5 hour radius to facilities.
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and care.
